Keyword Analysis may seem like it has more to do with SEO but it doesn't. It's actually a big part of traffic.
The majority of your visitors get to your site by typing in keywords into a search form or in the address bar.
Check your traffic statistics regularly to see which keywords most of your visitors are searching for and optimize your website around it.
If you have a forum section called "Off Topic" and visitors are searching for "General Forum", reword that forum section's description or even the forum itself.
