The last time I checked, which wasn't too recent but not too long ago, there were nineteen websites with a page ranking of ten.
Now, the current list only lists ten sites.
I think the new algorithm is screwing everyone up but it's better in a way. Forum developers make you leave their link at the bottom of your site and it gets counted as a backlink for them - not anymore though.
That's why phpBB.com is no longer part of the PR10 list.
One site that I don't think is going to leave the list anytime soon is W3.org.
I was kind of surprised to see energy.gov and real.com on the list though.
