Default If every page has own PR?

I want to know if every page on a website has own PR, (image attached). I got this screen shot from http://www.smartpagerank.com/pageran....adminbuzz.com thanks.

The only way for a page to have a page rank is for it to have backlinks.
So, if you promote a page or a lot of people like it and decide to link to it on their website(s), you'll get PR.

so, it's true that every page on a site could have own PR so if we have post comment on a blog that had high PR, but on unpopular post(0 PR) we don't get high PR backlink to url that we have used.

Your PR won't increase with just a couple of backlinks. You need to acquire quite a few backlinks actually.

yes, I know that, just to know that not every single page on a site that have high PR can give high PR backlink to our site.BTW, it's unusual you're online on time like this...it's midnight at your's, isn't?

No, it was early when I made that post.

Having a link on a high PR page doesn't matter either, well, hardly.

PR is split with every link on that page.

PR is based off of backlinks so either you're getting it wrong or the PR if forged, which is most likely the case.
