How many backlinks to get PR?
I wanted to know how many backlinks do you need to get more PR? I have a website and I already have links with around 50 websites. But I think it's not increased my PR. So where should I add backlinks? How can I search for them? And how many backlinks do you think can get me, at least, PR 3?
