Hi I want to ask some opinion about my idea.
I have an idea to open a contest about getting referral on a network marketing that selling accessories(bracelet, necklace) that can run both online or offline, they have a website replica for their members.
Is it allowed to open a contest about this?

Getting referrals using your referral link?
To be safe, I'd make people interested in the contest contact you via PM or email or something for the link.
Depending on the network, it could be against their TOS.

yes that's what I mean, I won't put my referral link on the threads but who is interested contact me via email or pm to get contest detail. I try to figured it out on their TOS but I don't find this way will breking their rules, but maybe I still have to learn it again.

I read the terms of service and it doesn't say anything about what you're asking about so it seems safe to do.
I, personally, would still contact interested parties personally.

sorry, i thought since jerlen had answered i wouldn't ned to but here's my opinion thingy

I read through the entire agreement and couldn't find anything preventing you from opening your contest.

I see no problem in putting the contest up on Digital Point Forums.
