So.. to Reciprocal or Not. Whats the difference.. can someone explain.

Reciprocal? In the case of reciprocal links, it means in order for your link to be put on someone's site, their link needs to be put on yours.
As opposed to one way links, where they will just put your link up for cash or free and you don't need to put theirs up.

5. inversely related or proportional; opposite.

6. Mathematics. noting expressions, relations, etc., involving reciprocals: a reciprocal function.
