Default Where do you guys buy traffic?

For a health related web store what would be the best way to buy traffic? I was thinking of buying targeted traffic but I was wondering if they really convert. Any suggestions?

All my traffic comes naturally, I never buy traffic.
For a health related site though, or basically any site, I'd recommend exoclick.com

If your that desperate to get people to view and or buy things, then try, TrafficBanks.com or BetterVisitors.com there's also, TrafficExcess.com I'd try any of them if I were u, to take quick note, these are not free.

Do you use AdSense though, or similar programs?
A lot of those programs don't allow websites to buy their traffic.

You have got to be careful as lot of times people here sell traffic but its just bots or proxies. Its nothing and cannot be equated to a real visitor. Links from relevant websites should bring traffic. Make sure not to buy Popunder/popup trafffic, if google detects it then they mark you down. The best traffic is the organic traffic.Don't buy traffic because they don't send you real visitors or targeted.
