I used in the past (and for some just small things also now) 2checkout. They seems to be very good on acceptance over the most countries (mine was under PayPal ban until now couple of months), but i think they loosing now due to fact they kept fees rather high. They can't compete with PayPal fees...

I also don't like they keeping 5% of income and releasing them in 3 months or so...
