We (the owners of Quefax Media and AdminBuzz.com) are in need of some professional marketing services for a new service-oriented website venture that we are currently developing. While I cannot disclose in this thread, what the venture is without a signed NDA, I can say that the target market is web developers (not Admins).

I can also say that we are in need of someone to develop a credible and professional multi-faceted marketing plan for this new site.

The Marketing Plan will be a high-level document that outlines the best recommended methods of implementing all of the components needed to launch a successful service-oriented site. The plan will be used as a "blue-print" to success.

These components are as follows and the plan should state/answer each of the following in detail

• Market Analysis

1. 1. How should we define our market based on the purpose of the new site?
   2. Where can that market be reached?
   3. Other recommended issues to consider.

• Advertising Strategy

1. 1. What are the best sites to advertise on based on the Market Analysis. How much do they cost?
   2. What ad sizes are best?
   3. What traffic results can be expected?
   4. What is the recommended "timing" of ad campaigns (in relation to site launch) to achieve best results?
   5. Other recommended issues to consider.

• Media Strategy

1. 1. What are the best online media sites for the target market?
   2. How can they be used to best promote the site?
   3. What is the recommended "timing" of media campaigns (in relation to site launch) to achieve best results?
   4. What media documents should be prepared prior to launch other than a simple press release (i.e., brochures, videos, testimonials, white papers, cost savings projections, articles, tutorials, etc.)
   5. Where and how should these "other" media documents be used?

• SEO Strategy

1. 1. Develop a "to do" list for successful SEO.
   2. Recommend a plan for implementing each item on the "to do" list.
   3. What are the best target sites for developing back-links based on the defined market?
   4. What are the best listing sites to work with?

• Affiliate Strategy

1. 1. Develop a list of target companies/sites to affiliate with based on the target market.
   2. What we should offer in return for their affiliation?
   3. What should we expect in return for their affiliation?
   4. What is the recommended "timing" of affiliation campaigns (in relation to site launch) to achieve best results?

• Suggest Other Strategies

Interested parties please respond and provide references of previous marketing experience. This request is for authoring the Marketing Plan document only. It does not include implementing any of its components.
