Appraise Site
How much do you think my site Gamerz-Forum would be worth or if anyone would buy it.
Currently I have; Members: 14,028 Threads: 1,709 Posts: 12,273 It makes around 50 dollars revenue a month from clicksor ads and I think 30 dollars from footer links. (3 links, 10 dollars a month) PR is 3 on homepage 2 on forums.

More members than posts hurts a sites worth. Why are there so many members yet so little posts[compared to the amount of members there are]?
It seems like it gets good revenue. A site is usually worth twelve to twenty four months of revenue. Is the design unique? How old is the site and the domain?

I've owned the domain since 2005 I believe so it is 3 years old. The site is also 3 years old.
The design is unique and I created myself. There are more posts than members because a lot of people come for the downloads which you need to register for.
