The price of gas most places here on Maui is $4.53 per gallon[regular].

We have enough oil (and gass and shale) right here in the Continental US to drop prices by $3 bucks a gallon - or more! But, oh yeah I forgot. We've got so environmental conscious that we have to worry about every minute species on earth before we can agree to drill. You see the Saudi government worrying about sand rats around their rigs? I don't think so...

It's like 3.79 in Jersey.

$3.79 a gallon? Lucky. There are one or two islands here that are still around that price.
Maui is one of the biggest islands though and we have a lot of tourists so we have really expensive fuel compared to other places in Hawaii.

$3.90 in Illinois, it suck cause I drive 52 miles one way in a mustang.

Ours is going up. Regular is $4.63 at most places.

if I right, 1 gallon = 3.785 Liters, then in my country, Indonesia it just around $2.43

Wow, that's so lucky. I remember when the gas was that low, which was only last year, and people were bitching about it because it was too high.

yeah, maybe I'm lucky but our gas price can be such low because our government still subsidize for this price and I think it will increase following crude oil price

The prices here are expected to hit an all time low[since the increase].
I'm curious to see how low it will go. All I know is that if it's lower than four dollars, I will top my tank off as soon as possible and keep it that way till the price goes back up.
