I am a Moderator of another website, and I'm leading up to becoming admin. Anyway I asked the staff about adding a Newsletter to the forum. So far the forum has been running since April 2007. And we only have 127 members. Most of the members have left the forum. I need some tips on Starting up a Newsletter if we do plan on it.
